Hey, nice package, really like the fold change plot structure, I had to read through the code to understand that rownames of colData must match to colnames of assay. I added a small PR to make this clear in the documentation:)

Dear Christian,
I have come across your preprint and would like to try your software on my data.
I've been trying to install the package and have come across a number of issues.

First, when trying to build the package I got an error due to the vignette building trying to use the now defunct function BiocStyle::latex2 - simply fixed by removing the number 2 to call BiocStyle::latex.

After this the package was built and installed, however I am recieving the following error which I am unsure how to fix. It seems the package works inside R, but I get this error message upon loading:
