unkonwn file extension ".json"

after doing the basic install and doing "npm run dev" I get this:

failed to load config from C:\Users\..\Documents\GitHub\fly-app\vite.config.js
error when starting dev server:
TypeError [ERR_UNKNOWN_FILE_EXTENSION]: Unknown file extension

What favicon generator did you use for all the images in image/pwa

Manifest not being found on first build

I just used this to scaffold out a basic project, and made no changes to it. I ran npm install and then npm run build, and it threw this error
