speed-monitor-bot's Issues

blank explorer.html

Hi,

Map is not loading correctly.

console has this error:

Uncaught SyntaxError: redeclaration of const botConfig
    <anonymous> http://192.168.1.100:8081/explore.js:1
explore.js:1:1

I'm pretty sure that I have followed instructions correctly, although I was a bit unsure what type of here app to choose:

  • JavaScript
  • REST

Thanks

LI & PC filters for Google maps

UPDATED Seems as though GMaps does not use the LI & PC filters as monitoring-bot running fine without. Hopefully someone else finds this useful :)

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but for the life of me I cannot work out how to populate the LI & PC filter entries if I am using Google Maps. I have the coordinates & API key etc & am using the appropriate gmonitoring-bot. I am unable to use the Here service as they do not cover the road I live in i.e. it is not major enough for them! Any guidance much appreciated.

Question: How does Speeder-bot.js pull Google data?

Hi,

Been trying to research this myself for a few days, but how does the Speeder-bot.js pull data from the gmonitoring-bot.js? As far as I can see it refers to bot-config.js which unless you populate Here Maps credentials will throw back an error. Sorry if I am missing something stupid but I am new to JS & trying to get my head round it all. I have Node.JS running on my Synology server. If gmonitoring-bot.js is running it outputs to test-log.csv but unless Here Maps data is supplied in bot-config.js then speeder-bot.js does nothing it simply does not print anything under Tweet:false scenario. If Here Maps API info etc is supplied it works. I wanted to use Google Maps data as Here Maps data does not cover the road I am interested in monitoring. The road is apparantly too minor, I suspect this is the problem you had with Here & Regents Park? Thanks for any assistance.
