Support some predefined native types (`fromJSON` implementaition)

Some native objects has toJSON symbol. But no fromJSON(). What if tst-defaults will check value for native-compatibility and auto create valid object instance?

Tip: tst-reflect

I didn't found solution for use generics with installed npm package. So, you may use this simple util to make more easy usage.

It should work when you publish those functions with /** @reflect */ doc comment.

Not resolving and merging into Record by second type argument type

  list: number[]
}

type Schema = {
  fields: Record<string, SchemaFields>
}

mergeDefaults<Schema>({
  fields: {
    "some_val": undefined
  }
}).fields["some_val"].list // undefined
