Save and load content from the routing table

According to BEP 0005: "The routing table should be saved between invocations of the client software". This means, MlDHT needs to provide a way to save the content from the routing table to a file and load the content from a file again.

Secret does only change once

The secret should change every 5 minutes. In the current implementation, the secret does change after 5 minutes but then stops.

Bucket gets not updated when a node is pinged

According to BEP 0005 the last_changed properties of a bucket should also be updated when a node responds to a ping message.

Excerpt: "Each bucket should maintain a "last changed" property to indicate how "fresh" the contents are. When a node in a bucket is pinged and it responds, or a node is added to a bucket, or a node in a bucket is replaced with another node, the bucket's last changed property should be updated."
