如果没有安装请执行
[>]pip install wheel
[>]pip install watchdog


支持事件触发和时间轮训两种机制
具体配置详见Config.py
针对文件/文件夹所有的修改,增加,删除均会进行防篡改处理
针对修改的文件,新增的文件会做备份处理方便后期查看和调取

解决两个问题
1.删除不需要模块引用
  可以不用引用wheel模块了
2.window 终端打印中文乱码
