I tried to use your script in our environment.

I ran into a problem because the way you get the team_id and channel_id is not safe.

I have two teams in source called "bdc" and "bdc-external". As you identify the team_id just with info[0]["id"] it can pick the wrong team at the target server because the search for "bdc" returns in my case two items. In my case the import was done to "bdc-externals" team even I definded team "bdc" as target.

I assume we ran into the same issue if channels have the same starting characters.

The currrent code only allows migrating posts and files, we need to add support for creating teams and channels before migrating the content
