中文斷詞(舊版)中的[線上展示]無法正常顯示，
想請問目前中文斷詞(舊版)是否已停止使用？或是用戶需調整電腦設定之類嗎？
PS. 目前是使用Windows 10，使用Chrome、Edge瀏覽器皆開啟失敗。

To Reproduce

2. 輸入申請的帳密
3. 點選上方的下載連結
4. 下載後，檔案大小為 0MB

Expected behavior
一個含有 w2v 檔案的 zip 檔，檔案大小 559MB
