Useful for testing purposes mostly, but I guess someone might want to log out in general.

You should be able to choose from a list (last.fm, Rdio, Spotify) that links in your email direct you to so you can go listen to a song/album/artist directly from your email.

Define a standard set of query URLs in the db and when the worker makes a request to get a user's info, include their query URL format in that info. Make the worker use that when building links.
