Automatically reduce or increase stock levels of manual orders in WooCommerce

Description

Automatically reduce stock levels when:

Order status is changed to Processing or Completed in order screen or using the bulk actions on orders list screen.

Automatically increase stock levels when:

Order status is changed to Canceled in order screen or using the bulk actions on orders list screen.

Instructions

This plugin does not require any kind of configuration, just install and start update the orders statuses in the admin screen to update the stock levels too.
Requires WooCommerce 3 or later to work.

Installation

Upload plugin files to your plugins folder, or install using WordPress built-in Add New Plugin installer;
Activate the plugin.

Note that is not necessary any kind of configuration.

Reduce product stock count from 0 to -1 !

Hi. and sorry for my english.
When product stock count is 0 (out of stock), creating manual order will set that count from 0 to -1, -2 or etc. ! please check this issue.

Stock is reduced twice

It reduces stock when an order status is changed to Processing and it reduces again when the order status is changed from Processing to Completed

Stock not returning after updating to WooCommerce 3.0.7

Hi!

Thanks for the great plugin!

We just updated to WC 3.0.7 and now when we change an order from Completed to Cancelled it no longer returns the cancelled order to the stock level. Otherwise the plugin seems to work just fine and stock levels are reduced when orders are made in the admin.

Newest version of WooCommerce possibly creating issues with this plugin

Since updating to woocommerce version 3.5.0, orders via the website have been reducing double the stock level, ie 1 purchased, stock level reduced by 2.

Completed to Cancel issue

Hi there,

First of all, thank you for your awesome plugin.

I changed an order status from Canceled to completed at first, which reduced 5 stocks from the inventory. It's correct so far. Then I changed the Status back to cancel/hold. It added 10 stocks instead of 5. It restocked the inventory two times surprisingly!

Do you have any clue on this?

how to add on hold

Change Requests

I have two request:

Is it possible to add On Hold & Pending Payment to this grouping. "Automatically reduce stock levels when: Order status is changed to Processing or Completed in order screen or using the bulk actions on orders list screen." It would mean when I place an order I can put it on hold and reserve the stock. When the order is paid for I can change it to Processing, then when I ship it I change it to Completed making it easier to review order status against logistics.
Is it possible to reconcile with product inventory management settings. When we place a manual order the order quantity does not recognise the individual product inventory settings so even if a product is set to manage inventory, stock quantity is set and allow backorders is set to do not allow we can over order. At minimum it would be good to display the inventor status for "Manage Stock", "Stock Quantity" and "Allow Backorders".

Only reduce stock on Completed orders

Is there a way to reduce stock only when the order status has changed to "Completed"?
