pandoc-academic-publication's Issues

Resizing images

Question: How can I resize images in my paper.md file in order to make pdf-article render it bigger than what I see now?

MathJax support

Adding the option --mathjax to the commands in the Makefile enables MathJax.js rendering of math environments in the HTML versions, e.g.:

This is some inline math $\sin\theta$ and yada yada. Now this is a display math env:
$$
  \sin^2\theta + \cos^2 \theta = 1.
$$

Not sure if should be enabled by default since some papers might not have equations, but most do so I'd turn it on.

The .css for the ieee style howerver has some problems, showing equation numbering when there should be none:
problem with eqn numbering in ieee stylesheet

In other words, make html-default works great but make html-ieee has problems.

Subtitles in project header

I am trying to have a subtitle in my project title header like this:

screen shot 2016-08-27 at 2 31 33 pm

I find that the ieee-pdf doesn't have the subtitle though. How can I fix this(with changes to the latex template/ something like that)
