If you try add something on server side
mongodb = new MongoDatabase('...');
mongodb.create_collection('users');
mongodb.collection('users').add(.....);
and your add is rejected(duplicate _id) then sync_cliet get change set that item was added succesfully
applying: {action: add, _id: .., data: {_id: ..., someData
and update collection as item was added correctly

After removing record with highest version from collection, max version in collection is lower than the actual max version in collection_history. This results in getting data without the removed record and then receiving diff with remove request for that record which results with "cannot find obj with id" exception in Subscription.

join those into single class (ServerTransactor ?), remove unnecessary socket communication
