dialogger json entities are rather verbose, we need an export option to trim them down to just the pieces that dda cares about.

We should keep the verbose version though so people can save their work without losing layout.

Update dialogger to read and write these node types.

Initial version can contain dialogger spam like node positions, DDA should just ignore extra members.

We're on an ancient version of JointJS, it might be highly beneficial to migrate to a recent version.
