Timing issue
Hi Tom,
I tried to run this code from the Appstate server this morning in England - which worked out to be around 4am according to the Appstate server. To look for the most recent forecast it looks like MAIN.py takes the current time and then tries to go back 5.5 hours so that it can look for the most recent forecast in that 6-hour window. However, it wasn't able to cope with going back to the previous day.
Also, it might be worth changing this so that it always uses UTC time?
