I could see search and sort being helpful. What would you like to sort by?

• Maybe # of repos and name
• Definitely by location, by who has recent activity, and as the other stuff the other person in the thread mentioned (# of repos, etc.)
• Is it possible to pull the languages most used by the user with the GitHub API? That would be useful for sorting.
• Letting the designers add their non-coding specialties would also be cool, but I guess that'll take more time.
• Would be nice if users could supply whether they are Front-End/Back-End/Designer/etc. to sort by that. Also being able to sort by languages known/frameworks used would be awesome.

As a maintainer of an open source project, I want to receive notifications when a designer joins the list, so I can contact them promptly.

What do you think?

Currently the page is a list of designers willing to work on open source projects, but it doesn’t connect the two. What would be very cool is at least also having a list of open source projects wanting design help.
