New group ID and home URL for Conch

I saw mentioned here that we'd prefer to keep the original group ID of the original projects being transferred to clj-commons.
But unfortunately I think conch (just like fs) is an example of:

"Where we can't get admin permissions on Clojars from the original author then forking the group ID to clj-commons seems like the best option."

So if it's okay I will submit a small PR related to this.

I have no prior experience in releasing libraries so I'll study the whole (Circle?) CI + deploy process later if we agree this is the way to go.
