Not clear id tooltips are not rendering correctly because of HTML class not tagged properly or javascript error

This is related to the custom template.

It should only be displaying the pink links rather than the darker grey text 'Manage Lists' and Lists', which may be part of the original template?

When you move your mouse anywhere on the page it moves a grey bar across the page.

Where a question has a spefic image associated with it, this should be linked so that it can be rendered in Discovery

All questions which are mapped to a topic are not appearing in the search results.
For example: http://discovery.closer.ac.uk/search?Query=&ResultOrdering=Relevance&SelectedTopics%5B%5D=uk.closer%3A864bde73-e99a-4eda-9211-30930cd59b33%3A1&IncludeDeprecated=false&PageNumber=1

The search results for Omics contains the variables N293 (NCDS1 Parental Questionnaire (1965) Dataset) and DCSC0011 (MCS4 Child Paper Self-Completion Dataset) however the questions mapped to these variables qc_72_b and qc_11 are not in the search results.

Jeremy - "The search index is updated using the CacheBuilder command line utility. If things have been published to the repository since the last CacheBuilder execution, it will need to be run again in order to update the search index.

I'm not sure whether or how Will may have the CacheBuilder configured to be triggered."

I have tried this in Chrome and Firefox. Note there is no option for logging in on IE.

Jeremy- It looks like the CLOSER template is missing the necessary logout form code for this to work. You can add the following to the CLOSER template file, immediately after the @RenderBody() line, to get this working.

This is needed to test that cmie has loaded items correctly, but also to check what is currently in Discovery. There are datasets which currently do not have mappings and in some cases datasets linked to the wrong questionnaires, we need to be able to identify these to correct them.

InterviewerInstruction should be correctly attached to QuestionItem
