Would be nice to make J1 have larger pads and spread a bit more to make it easier to solder on additional wires.

Except for overly aggressive ports, the PCB is just slightly too small.

Compared to the nRF52840 USB Dongle, the overall PCB width seems to be about 0.2mm or so thinner. Additionally, the Nordic dongle goes wider as it knows it doesn't have a shield. That likely helps a lot, reaching the physical limits of most USB ports easier.

The button chosen is too small to be useful, and a TH sized via near ground would be more useful for resetting.

Most of the ports/cables I have use a pair of tabs to make shield contact, spread just slightly larger than the pad.

Can only map to Pad 0 or 2 physically, but only 1 or 3 via mux.

The accuracy required to hit two, best case would have them be opposite ends of the board. If that's feasible it's fine, but otherwise just keep 1.
