Allow users to determine if they want to keep track of the date and time of when a form is submitted. This allows for users to help keep track of when responses come in.

Currently there are no regular user forms or views to create accounts and other suc things. Currently this quick prototype only operates using the Admin interface. WE CAN DO BETTER.

When making the first entry of the spreadsheet, header should be auto-populated.

Dependency bot reported django version 3.0.6 has a CVE so we need to bump to version 3.0.7

Currently bool fields are required to be checked. They should be optional, we're not the user's parents.

Allow users to set the alignment of forms.

Currently the set that is returned from the Spreadsheet object determines the sort. Which appears that this is based on the last created field. Ideally users should determine the order of the fields.

A big time saver is to use the credentials to auto generate and populate the url field of a spreadsheet object so users don't need to bother with creating a spreadsheet themselves. This also ensures that the service account has access and the proper url in the future.
