你好。只要你能从用户请求中获取到特征，比如参数、header或者请求ip，或者uri，都可以。如果是url，这里有一个问题需要注意，配置location的时候可能采用正则表达式，目前该项目没有对正则的支持，欢迎你有精力提供思路或方案。
我们内部使用url的时候，对一些接口做策略，比如/2/statuses、/2/unreadcount等等，以接口名为key，指定哈希类型的策略，不知道这种方法能否满足你的需求。
