Remote Access Library

This library is intended to be a VNC-like application, but with a few design goals:

Simple (download and press build -- no complicated steps)
Cross-platform:Windows desktop, windows phone, Linux, Modern Web Browsers, Andriod, Mac desktop, iphone
Performance
Extreme Compression (libjpeg-turbo + zstd)
Encryption (openssl)
Extendable
Latest standards: c++ 14
