CCTransformationNode ignores basic properties

If I change the .position of a CCTransformationNode it wont refresh its transform (internal _dirty flag not set). I presume other properties like rotation etc. will be ignored.

I changed the line

if (_dirty)

to
if (_dirty || _isTransformDirty)

and it worked for my limited case, but looking through CCNode.m I think more is going on with _isTransformDirty than is being dealt with in CCTransformationNode visit.

Thoughts/suggestions? Or is just an expected limitation of the transform node - it should be used purely for adding a roll/pitch/yaw transform in a node hierarchy?

CCBusyNode has contentSize of 0

The CCBusyNode has a contentSize of 0 which can cause problems when using it with other nodes.

Not sure how exactly you'd work out the content size of the activity indicator (transform its bounds into cocos2d space)?

CCBusyNode ignores onEnter/onExit

Whether the CCBusyNode is seen on screen is purely controlled by the 'isVisible' flag. Removing the node from the active scene will not remove it from view - but will stop its position from being updated (as draw will no longer be called).

I'd suggest moving most of the setVisible code to onEnter/onExit and having setVisible just toggle the _indicator 'hidden' flag.
