It's recommended to have only one h1 tag per content section in HTML5:

You can also wrap those with sections and keep them as is with multiple h1's.

"My Case" link on "My Case" page should be white. It's not taking your active style.

To me it feels weird to have the FAQ nav link highlighted when I first visit the home page. Even though I understand you are showing the FAQ content on the home. What was your thinking about this?

I think the seal should link to the homepage. Recommend using an img over bg image if you want to do this.
