Elasticsearch Extension Pugin

Overview

This plugin extends Elasticsearch's features to modify them by your plugin. For example, this plugin has EngineFilter to insert your programe into InternalEngine.

Installation

Install Extension Plugin

$ $ES_HOME/bin/plugin --install org.codelibs/elasticsearch-extension/1.6.0

Reference

EngineFilter

EngineFilter is an interface to filter InternalEngine.

The sample implementation is:

Engine does not have Index information

Index info is contained in EngineConfig.

Use EngineFactory

In Elasticsearch 1.5, InternalEngine is not injected by Elasticsearch.
It needs to be replaced with EngineFactory.

Update to ES 1.6

Add ExtendedEngine
