Minimum PHP version 8.1

laravel-crypto will support only last 3 version of PHP (last version of PHP with security fixes)

Local docker development scripts

Create scripts for testing, updating, and all the stuff needed for package maintenance.
Isolated environment ready for full package development using docker

Update Benchmarks

Benchmarks are outdated by this point, code should be refactored and README updated accordingly

Laravel 11 Previous Keys support

Support the latest Laravel 11 feature, Previous keys.
Try to decrypt with key provided in APP_KEY, if it fails, try keys in order from APP_PREVIOUS_KEYS env
