Add Dark mode for world News

User will be able to switch between light and dark mode in the world news page.

Description

I want to add a move to top button in the bottom right corner so that while surfing the page if the user wants to move to the top
at of the page , by directly clicking on that button the user can move to the top of the page .

Button specification
→ Round Top arrow button
→ Hovering effect

Describe how the idea would be helpful
while surfing in the bottom sections of the webpage if the user directly wants to move at the top then it will be easily possible
and handy for the user to click on that button and reach at the top.

The Dark mode button is not inside the navbar and the navbar is not properly assigned. After fixing the issue, it will not be weirdly at the corner but will be at the center.

The headlines do not load when a maximum number of requests to the API has been reached. There is no error message or any kind of feedback given to the user in this case. I want to fix that with a proper error message.

Currently, when we press the contact us button, nothing happens, after adding the form it will open a new page with a contact form.
