Request a feature for Codotype

This repository is used to track feature requests for Codotype. We use GitHub Issues to track features - please follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Click on the Issues tab at the top		 Click on issues tab
Step 2:
Search the Open Issues to check if similar request is already submitted. If it is, please comment on the issue with a 👍 and any additional information.		 Find if similar request is already submitted
Step 3:
If not, please create a New Issue for your feature request - we'll take a look and tag it accordingly. We appreciate your feedback!		 Create a new issue

GraphQL Schema Generator

What is the nature of your request:

  • New Generator

There should be a generator that can output a GraphQL schema. Addons could include query/mutation scaffolding.

Quasar generator

Expand the Vue generator by using Quasar as an option.

Chrome Extension Generator

I find myself wanting to knock out little chrome extensions pretty frequently - it would be nice to template that process so it can be repeated consistently.

Some potential configuration options:

  • JS or TS
  • React or Vue
  • Type of extension (Button + overlay or background-only)

Visual Studio Code Extension Generator

What is the nature of your request:

It could be interesting to add a generator to quickly scaffold out the codebase for a new Visual Studio Code extension.

Probably make sense to start with the vs code extension generator and build new features off that.

Laravel + Vue.js Generator

We should add a generator for Laravel + Vue.js - we'll also need to find a good starter codebase to build upon for this.

MEVN Generator

There's a generator for the MEVN stack (Mongo + Express + Vue.js + Node) that's in-progress - it's pretty close to being ready to ship - see codotype/codotype-mevn-generator for more details.

Add Issue Template

Issue template should include options for:

  • type of request (core feature, generator, language)
  • Additional information
