• Add license file

• Re-run CS Fixer on the project itself

Using risky rule mb_str_func raises issues when calculating binary data size.

This leads to downloaded file being invalid when used in Content-Length header.

Proposition is to remove this risky rule.

A temporary fix can be to add theses lines into .php_cs file before return

@jeremiegrenier an opinion about this ?

Actual version cannot support PHP 7.4+ versions, throwing this error :

PHP needs to be a minimum version of PHP 5.6.0 and maximum version of PHP 7.3.*.

I guess friendsofphp/php-cs-fixer dependency need a little update.
