Payment Error of IP address not marches

I have implemented this in a symfony2 project in which after try to make payment following error is coming
"Payment Error The IP address of the server sending the transaction does not match the valid IP address ranges listed in the Simulator. The IP address sees for your server is '1x.1xx.1x5.x3' (x="any digit"). You can add this IP in the Accounts section of Simulator if you wish . "

I do't know what i am doing wrong .
