Hi, I am recently looking at Scala Datadog plugin and luckily found this repo. I found that in the README and the DatadogAPM.scala code there are words like talking about supporting Akka. Can I get some confirmation or info that if Akka supported by Datadog agent now? since I didn't find it on Datadog's official doc, and the argument like dd.integration.akka-http.enabled. Thanks!

Hi, it would be great for this library to support sbt 0.13.
If you create a branch for it I can make PR from my fork, where I have already implemented support for it.

I think it's helpful to print out things like:

Datadog env is not set
Datadog debug mode disabled

but we should at least provide an option to turn it off, given that a live app may have specific requirements about what is logged or in what format it is logged.

It would be great if the plugin could be published to another repository.

I'm not sure if this could even be possible/appropriate but thought I'd flag it as an idea:

My service will not know the datadog agent host/port and also the env until runtime as it reads these values from environment variables when deployed, whereas this plugin currently relies on them being set at build time. It would be great if there could be some way to accommodate setting some of these at runtime?
