The HTML credit should contain RDFa, but only if the caller provides the URI for the work (which may be the empty string).

The credit object must tell the formatter which properties to use for the texts and the links, if any. Derived values (e.g. a title formed from the source URI) should not be marked up as properties.

New CC 4.0 licenses don't have jurisdiction ports and use the label "International" instead of "Unported". We should do that too.

This require a formatter API change to be able to link to individual creators.

The javascript code (and perhaps the python too have been contaminated) use the incorrect short names. Proper list:

Note: public domain should still be written out.

CC0 must be added.

Have a separate translatable statement if a work is under public domain.
