Investigate building an android app through pwa -> twa

Look into TWA and using something like nuxt-twa-module to generate an android app. It's something that we don't really need here but it might help us in the future in other projects and we can use the experience.

Mi se pare ca da o nota mai fresh si friendly. Dar putem modifica/schimba/ajusta daca nu e in ton cu ce va ganditi voi.
La una din variante am chiar indraznit sa pun si roz. Mie imi place contrastul, dar poate ca distrage prea mult atenita.
Nu am stat mult pe fiecare desen. De notat e ca fiecare personaj poate fi facut mai in detaliu, putem lucra la schema de culori mai atent, sau poate va vine o total alta idee de ilustratie si refacem tot.

Card testing fraud on our website
We noticed hundreds of suspicious payements and it appears to be card testing fraud. A few individuals alrteady contacted us regarding this issue.

Already contacted Paylike but we neet to remove the payment option from our website asap and place the following disclaimer:

Implement online donations

We currently have no contract with any payments provider and the only way to accept donations is through a bank transfer.
Right now this issue is just a shell and details will be added once we are ready to implement it.

Evaluate AWS, GCS and self-hosting for hosting asociatiacommunity.ro

We would like to implement payments to be able receive donations easier. As a consequence of the limited number of payment processors available in Romania and the fact that it's not clear at this moment if any of them allow Serverless implementations we need to move away from github pages and consider different hosting providers including self-hosting.
This will also allow us to setup our cache policy for the media assets that we currently serve and use multiple TLDs.

Hiking, trekking or just relaxing, the benefits of spending time in nature are enormous.

Nature is a spring of well-being for both physical and mental health. Spending time outdoors lowers blood pressure, heart rate and muscle tension. It helps relieve stress and anxiety by reducing the production of stress hormones.

Sadly, not everyone understands that the human beings are fundamentally interconnected with the Earth and with all its life forms. By protecting the planet and the wildlife, we are protecting our future as we cannot survive while the natural ecosystems collapse.

The data is visible, on our beaches, forests, lakes and mountains. From the city park to the Everest, the traces left by humans illustrate the problem.

Yet, people are walking off these places empty handed.

#TripAndPick (link to Instagram hastag https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/tripandpick/) is about enjoying time outdoors and taking part in the environmental clean-up.

Even if it’s only a few things, or even one item, it counts. (Cigarette butts and candy wrappers, I’m sure you’ve got space for that in your backpack).

Next time you take a trip outside the urban area, bring some garbage bags with you and pick up the litter found along the route.

Upgrade to Tailwindcss 2

Upgrading the tailwind version will allow us to simplify our existing custom classes by allowing us to use @apply for anything. We have a few instances of :hover were this makes things cleaner.
Extended typography scales will also help us get rid of a few custom classes.

For the upgrade we should follow both the official upgrade guide and the nuxt/tailwind guide as nuxt does not currently use PostCSS 8 and we need to use the compatibility build.

Documentation is missing right now and writing would ease future developments and decrease the barrier for new contributors.

  • We need an overview of how the code is structured, how we use our custom components and what we look for in general when implementing new features.
  • The build and release processes need documenting also.
  • It would be nice to also have a section with contributing guidelines.

The place for this would be the Readme.

Data collection from #TripAndPick event attendees

We need to collect data from people who attend our #TripAndPick campaigns for 2 reasons:

  • keep track of the most active/involved ones
  • obtain consent for publishing photo/video materials recorded during the event

At the moment, the easyest way to do this is by embedding a subscription form in our website
For now we use Mailchimp to collect and store data.
The embedded form should have the email adress field optional or hidden, and also to require consent for data collection and processing.

If necessary, we may change the platform or form fields to fit our future needs.

Add navigation and content tests

We currently do no testing and so simple to catch breakages could surprise and annoy us.
As a first point we should try and test our links and navigation and to see if the content is displayed where it should be.
There is a dependency on jest in the project so we could start from there.

After this is completed and we have our bases covered we will have a clearer picture of our real needs and can decide what to test next or if we want more tests.

We love to spend time in nature. Hiking, camping or relaxing in the hammock, we take advantage of every weekend or public holiday to escape the urban jungle. First, we chose places close to our home town. Easy to get there by foot or bike. But, in this continuing urbanizing world cities are expanding, and soon, our peace oasis became residential complexes and we were forced to go farther. There are still parks, small forests and barbecue areas nearby, with their issues and shortcomings: they are crowded, noisy and mostly dirty.

However, the greater the distance from the cities, the greater our disappointment: large deforestation, private properties and lots of trash.

During the years, we noticed there are 5 types of individuals, concerning the attitude towards nature:
The city fans – the ones who are not interested in spending time outdoors;
The unaware – the ones who like to relax in nature, or go for a walk/hike, but leave their litter on the trail or barbecue places and use motorized boats on lakes which provide their drinking water. They are unaware of negative implications on the environment and potential destructive effects of such practices;
The ignorants – the ones who like to spend time outdoors but leave all the trash behind because “they pay taxes so it’s the governments’ problem to pay others to clean it”;
The rational ones – those who understand they have to leave things just like they found them and do not mess up the natural areas they visit;
Trailblazers– those who go the extra mile and try to fix what others broke, picking up others’ trash and restoring the shelters, trail marks and natural habitats.

Recently we have discovered there are two sub types of the unaware category: the urban and the rural ones. Although their behavior regarding waste management is similar, the difference consists in their motives.

Most tourists leave the trash behind because they didn’t came prepared with garbage bags. Putting used food and drink packing in their backpacks or cars would be messy. Garbage cans are available in few natural places, and, if they are, they’re usually full.

Besides field observations, our interaction with people from various country sides has revealed the limited beliefs that drive such behaviors: the misconception that the waste problem is solved as long as they don’t see it anymore. Many locals throw their garbage in the river because “the water will take it away”, never questioning where it takes it. There’s also the superstition that throwing solid waste in the river will bring you luck and prosperity.

We continued our search for hidden gems away from civilization and we decided to take some garbage bags with us, to pick-up the litter found on the route back. This is how our campaign, #TripAndPick (link with Trip and pick page), has started.

Due to improper waste management systems in rural areas, rivers and streams are the most vulnerable to uncontrolled waste disposal. The main output of waste generated by households is the nearby riverbed.

We encountered areas with so much garbage that it was impossible for us to clean it in a day, not to mention the fact that we needed a van to fit it all. And even if we did, where were we supposed to take it? By not having a legal form to operate, nor the necessary financial and human resources, we cannot clean many of the problematic areas or contract a sanitation truck.

Still, many of the things we saw on our trips show the need to go further than just picking up others trash. There’s a great need for education, especially in the rural areas.

In order to find solutions to these issues we founded Asociatia Community, a nonprofit organization focused on the environment.

Sustainable development cannot be achieved only by cleaning up other's trash.
Our purpose is to grow the community of responsible individuals. Through various educational campaigns and events, we aim to create awareness around the impact of human lifestyle on nature and to promote means to improve the physical and mental health while living in harmony with the surroundings.

Dispozitii generale

Asociatia Community powered by DLOT este o asociatie cu personalitate juridica, neguvernamentala, apolitica si non-profit, care se supune legislatiei romane, aplicabila acestui gen de persoana juridica.


Scopul si obiectivele asociatiei

Scopul Asociatiei este desfasurarea de actiuni cu caracter educativ de informare si instruire a populatiei, in special a persoanelor din mediul rural, in ceea priveste mediul, incluzand, dar fara a se limita la prezentari, campanii de informare si evenimente pe teme legate de protejarea mediului, colectarea selectiva a deseurilor si reciclarea, beneficiile petrecerii timpului in natura, depozitarea gunoaielor in spatiile special amenajate.

Asociatia COMMUNITY POWERED BY DLOT isi propune sa informeze cetatenii cu privire la impactul pe care il are stilul de viata asupra mediului inconjurator si sa incurajeze actiuni de protejare a naturii si de imbunatatire a sanatatii fizice si psihice a oricarei persoane, prin activitati de recreere si sport in aer liber.

Printre activitatile pe care le va desfasura se numara, dar nu se limiteaza la:

  • consultanta in probleme de mediu;
  • activitati de fitness si sporturi in aer liber;
  • plantarea, ingrijirea si intretinerea spatiilor verzi;
  • activitati de recreere in natura;
  • prezentari si conferinte pentru educarea cetatenilor in ceea ce priveste protejarea mediului si beneficiile naturii asupra sanatatii;
  • actiuni de ecologizare;
  • organizarea de evenimente si spectacole in vederea strangerii de fonduri pentru sustinerea activitatilor de ecologizare;
  • constientizarea autoritatilor cu privire la locurile in care depozitarea deseurilor se face in afara spatiilor special amenajate, cum ar fi in paduri si ape;
  • contractarea firmelor specializate in ridicarea deseurilor din locurile mai greu accesibile, cum ar fi zone rurale, catune, malurile apelor sau paduri;
  • promovarea initiativelor cetatenesti cu privire la implementarea mijloacelor de colectare a deseurilor in mod selectiv.

Organe de conducere

Adunarea generala
Adunarea generala este organul de conducere alcatuit din totalitatea membrilor fondatori, membrilor de onoare si membrilor asociati.

Adunarea generala are urmatoarele competente:

  • tabilirea strategiei si a obiectivelor generale ale asociatiei;
  • aprobarea bugetului de venituri si cheltuieli, precum si a bilantului contabil al asociatiei;
  • alegerea si revocarea membrilor consiliului director;
  • alegerea si revocarea cenzorului/membrilor comisiei de cenzori;
  • constituirea de filiale;
  • modificarea actului constitutiv si a statutului;
  • dizolvarea si lichidarea asociatiei, precum si stabilirea destinatiei bunurilor ramase dupa lichidare;
  • orice alte atributii prevazute de lege si de statut.

Adunarea generala se intruneste cel putin o data pe an si are drept de coordonare si de control asupra consiliului director, a cenzorului/comisiei de cenzori, precum si a intregii activitati a asociatiei.

Adunarea Generala Extraordinara poate fi convocata in urmatoarele situatii:

  • ori de cate ori este nevoie, din initiativa Consiliului Director sau a Presedintelui acestuia;
  • la cererea scrisa a cel putin 1/3 din numarul total de membri.

Adunarea Generala este legal constituita cand la sedinta participa majoritatea simpla a membrilor asociatiei si adopta hotarari valabile cu votul a cel putin jumatate plus unu din numarul membrilor prezenti.

Votul in cadrul Adunarii Generale se exprima liber, deschis, cu exceptia situatiillor exprese cand se poate stabili votul secret. Decizia de a realiza vot secret se stabileste de catre jumatate plus unu din numarul membrilor.

Hotararile luate de adunarea generala in limitele legii, ale actului constitutiv si ale statutului sunt obligatorii chiar si pentru membrii asociati care nu au luat parte la adunarea generala sau au votat impotriva.

Alegerile pentru consiliul director si pentru cenzor/comisia de cenzori au loc o data la 4 (patru) ani, cu exceptia cazurilor de retragere sau revocare, cand se pot efectua la urmatoarea adunare generala.

Hotararile Adunarii Generale, contrare legii, actului constitutiv sau statutului pot fi atacate in justitie de catre membrii care nu au luat parte la adunarea generala sau de cei care au votat si au cerut sa se insereze aceasta in procesul-verbal, in termen de 15 zile de la data cand au luat cunostinta despre hotarare sau de la data cand a avut loc sedinta, dupa caz.


Consiliul director

Consiliul Director asigura punerea in executare a hotararilor adunarii generale.

Acesta este alcatuit dupa cum urmeaza:

  • un presedinte;
  • doi vicepresedinti;
  • un secretar;
  • un specialist in Protectia Mediului.

Consiliul Director are urmatoarele atributii:

  • prezinta adunarii generale rapoarte de activitate, executia bugetului de venituri si cheltuieli, bilantul contabil, proiectul bugetului de venituri si cheltuieli, proiectele programelor asociatiei;
  • incheie acte juridice in numele si pe seama asociatiei, prin presedinte sau un imputernicit;
  • aproba organigrama si politica de personal a asociatiei;
  • elaboreaza regulamentul intern;
  • indeplineste orice alte atributii si sarcini stabilite de adunarea generala.

Membrii consiliului director se aleg prin vot secret de adunarea generala, pentru un mandat de 4 (patru) ani si sunt.

in cadrul consiliului director, toti membrii au dreptul la cate un vot cu caracter deliberativ.

Consiliul director poate imputernici persoane cu functii executive sau alte persoane competente sa incheie unele acte juridice in numele sau pe seama asociatiei sau sa indeplineasca orice alte atributii prevazute in statut sau stabilite de adunarea generala ori de consiliul director.

Consiliul director se intruneste ori de cate ori nevoile asociatiei o impun si se convoaca, de regula, cu 5 (cinci) zile inainte de catre presedinte sau inlocuitorul sau care exercita si conducerea sedintelor acestuia.

Consiliul director delibereaza, in mod valabil, in prezenta a cel putin 2/3 din numarul membrilor sai si adopta hotarari valabile cu o jumatate plus unu din voturile celor prezenti.

  • Organizarea de evenimente, cursuri si traininguri in ceea ce priveste protejarea mediului si beneficiile naturii asupra sanatatii;
  • Constituirea unor grupuri de cercetare pe anumite teme si publicarea rezultatelor in reviste de specialitate din tara si strainatate;
  • Participarea grupurilor de cercetare la conferinte cu tematica apropiata de domeniile de activitate ale asociatiei;
  • Organizarea de evenimente de socializare pentru membrii si voluntarii asociatiei;
  • Organizarea de actiuni de ecologizare.

Departamentul Comunicare - PR

  • Identificarea unor posibili colaboratori si parteneri si stabilirea legaturii cu acestia;
  • Incheierea contractelor de parteneriat;
  • Mentinerea relatiilor cu partenerii si comunicarea cu acestia pe parcursul desfasurarii proiectelor;
  • Comunicarea cu presa: redactarea comunicatelor de presa, adresarea de invitatii la diferite evenimente;
  • Promovarea Asociatiei, precum si a evenimentelor si proiectelor acesteia;
  • Crearea de materiale promotionale;
  • Administrarea, actualizarea si crearea de continut pentru blog-ul Asociatiei si paginile de social media.

Departamentul Fundraising - scriere de Proiecte

  • Identificarea de surse de finantare;
  • Strangere de fonduri;
  • Obtinerea de sponsorizari;
  • Scrierea de proiecte – familiarizarea cu regulamentele finantatorilor, completarea cererilor de finantare, proiectarea primara a proiectelor;
  • Estimarea si gestionarea resurselor.

Departamentul de resurse umane si contabilitate

  • Identificarea necesarului de voluntary/personal intern al Asociatiei;
  • Recrutarea voluntarilor;
  • Preluarea cererilor de aderares;
  • Realizarea formalitatilor de angajare/aderare;
  • Trainingul voluntarilor si angajatilor;
  • Realizarea contabilitatii primare;
  • Realizeaza plata furnizorilor de bunuri si servicii.

  • Asigura functionalitatea website-ului si a conturilor de email;

Departamentul de management al proiectelor

  • Identifica potentiale proiecte;
  • Identifica necesarul resurselor logistice si umane in vederea implementarii proiectelor;
  • Realizeaza estimarile de bugete pentru activitati;
  • Planifica si coordoneaza activitatea voluntarilor in vederea organizaraa actiunilor asociatiei;
  • Planifica si coordoneaza activitatea echipelor internein vederea realizarii proiectelor alocate;
  • Realizeaza raportul de evaluare a proiectelor incheiate.

Coordonatorii departamentelor

  • Au obligatia sa coordoneze voluntarii in desfasurarea activitatilor prevazute;
  • Isi dau acordul pentru activitatile membrilor departamentului respective;
  • Formuleaza un raport de activitate lunar pe care sa il inmaneze organelor de conducere;
  • Au dreptul de a propune sactionarea voluntarilor care refuza sa-si indeplineasca atributiile;
  • Au dreptul de a propune voluntari ca membri ai Asociatiei;
  • Au dreptul sa propuna modificarea regulamentului intern.


Membrii Asociatiei

Categorii de membri
Asociatia se compune din urmatoarele categorii de membri:

  • membri fondatori – care au participat la intemeierea asociatiei si au contribuit material si moral la fondarea ei si la constituirea patrimoniului social initial;
  • membri asociati – care se asociaza ulterior fondarii asociatiei si contribuie moral si material la sporirea patrimoniului ei;
  • membri de onoare – persoanele fizice si juridice care au adus/aduc o contributie deosebita la dezvoltarea si desfasurarea activitatii asociatiei pe plan moral si material;
  • membri sustinatori - persoanele fizice si juridice care sprijina Asociatia material, prin plata cotizatieis sau prin oferirea de servicii neremunerate in vederea sustinerii activitatii Asociatiei.

Dobandirea calitatii de membru
Poate fi membru al asociatiei COMMUNITY POWERED BY DLOT orice persoana fizica care adera la statutul asociatiei, angajandu-se ca va aplica si va respecta in mod neconditionat statutul ei cat si legislatia in vigoare.


Calitatea de membru al asociatiei se dobandeste prin urmatoarele modalitati:

  • La constituire, prin semnarea actului constitutiv;
  • Ulterior prin depunerea in scris a unei cereri prin care sa isi exprime vointa de aderare, urmand ca cererea sa fie aprobata de catre Consiliul Director.

Calitatea de membru asociat si cea de membru de onoare se acorda de Consiliul Director cu vot majoritar.
Criteriile de eligibilitate pentru obtinerea calitatii de membru asociat sunt urmatoarele: * este inscris in Asociatie, ca voluntar, de minim un an si a participat activ la cel putin 3 actiuni ale Asociatiei; * a coordonat cu success cel putin 2 campanii in interesul Asociatiei.

Criteriile de eligibilitate pentru obtinerea calitatii de membru de onoare sunt urmatoarele: * a oferit o donatie materiala in cuantum de cel putin X% fata de cotizatia anuala a membrilor fondatori; * contribuie la cresterea notorietatii si prezentei in media, a Asociatiei.

Criteriile de eligibilitate pentru obtinerea calitatii de membru sustinatori sunt urmatoarele: * ocupa o functie nererumenrata in cadrul Asociatiei; * se implica activ atat in activitatile interne cat si in cele externe ale Asociatiei.
Calitatea de membru nu se transmite.

Pierderea calitatii de membru

Pierderea calitatii de membru al asociatiei se produce in urmatoarele situatii:

  • pierderea cetateniei;
  • pierderea capacitatii de exercitiu;
  • nerespectarea de catre asociat a obligatiilor care ii incumba prin actul constitutiv si statut;
  • la cererea scrisa a membrului, caz in care decizia de retragere se comunica in scris celorlalti membri;
  • prin excludere pentru fapte sau acte incompatibile cu scopul, obiectivele, statutul sau hotararilor organelor de conducere ale asociatiei.

Sanctiunea excluderii este luata de catre Presedintele Asociatiei la propunerea a cel putin 2 membri ai Consiliului Director, in prezenta a jumatate plus unu din voturile exprimate, in cazul in care respectivul membru aduce prejudicii morale sau material Asociatiei, nu respecta principiile prevazute in prezentul statut, precum si in cazul in care face dovada unei atitutdini antisociale sau imorale.
Membrii asociati care se retrag sau sunt exclusi nu au nici un drept asupra patrimoniului social al asociatiei, in caz de dizolvare.
Membrii care se retrag sau sunt exclusi au obligatia de a depune un raport scris catre Consiliul Director asupra administrarii eventualelor fonduri sau proprietati ale Asociatiei in maximum 7 (sapte) zile de la data validarii hotararii de pierdere a calitatii de membru. in cazul constatarii unei neregularitati, acesta va raspunde in fata legii.

Drepturile membrilor Asociatiei
Drepturile membrilor asociatiei sunt urmatoarele:

  • De a publica articole, studii si alte lucrari in numele asociatiei;
  • De a primi ajutoare sociale si umanitare, in caz de nevoie;
  • De a propune activitatii, campanii, solutii si modificari in cee ace priveste scopul Asociatiei si regulamentul de functionare;
  • De retragere la cerere;
  • De a fi informati in ceea ce priveste activitatile Asociatiei;
  • De a recomanda primirea de noi membri si voluntari;
  • De a ocupa in cadrul Asociatiei, functii pentru care sunt calificati;
  • De a participa la manifestarile organizate de Asociatie;
  • De a adresa cereri, propuneri si reclamatii la orice nivel al conducerii Asociatiei.



    Drepturile membrilor asociati:
  • sa participe la adunarile generale ale Asociatiei;
  • sa aleaga si sa fie alesi in Consiliul director si in Comisia de cenzori, daca au implinit varsta de 18 ani, au aptitudinile si capacitatile necesare exercitarii functiilor la care candideaza;
  • dreptul la vot decisiv in cadrul Adunarii Generale;
  • dreptul la vot consultativ in cadrul Consiliului Director.



    Drepturile membrilor onorifici:
  • sa participe la adunarile generale ale Asociatiei;
  • sa aleaga si sa fie alesi in Consiliul director si in Comisia de cenzori, daca au implinit varsta de 18 ani, au aptitudinile si capacitatile necesare exercitarii functiilor la care candideaza;
  • dreptul la vot consultativ in cadrul Adunarii Generale si a consiliului director.



    Drepturile membrilor simpatizanti:
  • sa participe la sedintele Adunarii Generale si a Consiliului Director ale Asociatiei;
  • sa aleaga si sa fie alesi in Consiliul Director si in Comisia de cenzori, daca au implinit varsta de 18 ani, au aptitudinile si capacitatile necesare exercitarii functiilor la care candideaza;
  • dreptul la vot consultativ in cadrul Adunarii Generale si a Consiliului Director.


Obligatiile membrilor asociatiei sunt urmatoarele:

  • sa isi exprime prin vot optiunea fata de proiectele de hotarari ale Adunarii Generale;
  • sa respecte, fara rezerve, statutul, regulamentele si normele de functionare interna a acesteia;
  • sa-si respecte obligatiile financiare si materiale, potrivit angajamentelor pe care si le-a asumat;
  • sa apere, fara rezerve, asociatia si interesele ei;
  • sa particile in mod activ la activitatile organizate de Asociatie si sa contribuie la organizarea acestora;
  • sa sesizeze Asociatia despre problemele care privesc scopul si obiectivele Asociatiei;
  • sa nu desfasoare in cadrul Asociatiei sau cu ocazia manifestarilor organizate de Asociatie, activitati de propaganda politica fata de alti membri ai asociatiei, sau fata de terte persoane, aflate in legatura profesionala cu Asociatia sau straine de Asociatie;
  • sa plateasca contributiile banesti, asupra carora si-au dat acordul;
  • contribuie la cresterea prestigiului general al Asociatiei.


Voluntarii Asociatiei

Recrutarea voluntarilor
Este anuntata pe site-ul Asociatiei precum si prin alte mijloace in mediul real sau virtual;
Are in vedere principiile non-discriminarii, echitatii si demnitatii si transparentei.


Drepturile voluntarilor:

  • de a desfasura activitatea de voluntariat in concordanta cu capacitatea si disponibilitatea lui;
  • de a solicita organizatiei gazda eliberarea certificatului de voluntariat insotit de raportul de activitate;
  • confidentialitatea si protectia datelor personale;
  • timp liber corespunzator cu activitatea de voluntariat;
  • de a fi respectat ca si persoana si tratat ca si coleg cu drepturi egale de conducerea organizatiei si membrii asociatiei;
  • de a participa activ la elaborarea si derularea programelor in considerarea carora a incheiat contractul si de a propune proiecte si activitati;
  • de a beneficia de indrumare si orientare din partea coordonatorului de proiect/departament;
  • de a li se rambursa cheltuielile efectuate pentru derularea activitatilor;
  • de a depune cerere pentru inscrierea ca membru al Asociatiei.


Obligatiile voluntarilor:

  • sa presteze o activitate de interes public, fara remuneratie;
  • sa aiba o conduita complementara cu obiectivele generale ale voluntariatului;
  • sa indeplineasca sarcinile prevazute in fisa de voluntariat, precum si respectarea instructiunilor stipulate in fisa de protectie a voluntarului;
  • sa pastreze confidentialitatea informatiilor la care are acces in cadrul activitatii de voluntariat, pe perioada desfasurarii contractului de voluntariat si pe o perioada de 2 ani dupa incetarea acestuia;
  • sa anunte cu minim 24 de ore inainte indisponibilitatea temporara de a presta activitatea de voluntariat in care este implicat;
  • sa indeplineasca la timp sarcinile primite din partea organizatorilor proiectului/programului;
  • sa participe la cursurile de instruire oferite de catre organizatori daca acestea sunt necesare pentru buna indeplinire a sarcinilor;
  • sa ocroteasca bunurile pe care le foloseste in cadrul activitatilor de voluntariat;
  • sa respecte regulile si normele de comportament ale organizatiei gazda: politete, amabilitate, limbaj civilizat, proactivitate, asertivitate;
  • sa ii trateze cu respect pe ceilalti voluntari si membrii asociatiei;
  • sa nu comunice sau sa raspandeasca in public afirmatii defaimatoare la adresa organizatiei si sau a activitatii acesteia;
  • sa nu desfasoare in cadrul Asociatiei sau cu ocazia manifestarilor organizate de Asociatie, activitati de propaganda politica fata de alti membri ai asociatiei, sau fata de terte persoane, aflate in legatura profesionala cu Asociatia sau straine de Asociatie.


Cotizatia

Plata cotizatiei este obligatorie pentru mentinerea calitatii de membru.
Cotizatia se datoreaza asociatiei incepand cu anul urmator dobandirii calitatii de membru. Aceasta se poate plati in cote trimestriale, semestriale sau anuale.


Membrii asociati trebuie sa plateasca, suplimentar fata de cotizatia anuala, o taxa de intrare in Asociatie, o singura data la inscrierea in Asociatie. Cuantumul cotizatiei si cuantumul taxei de inscriere (intrare) se stabilesc prin prezentul regulament si intra in vigoare in urma aprobarii prin hotarare a Adunarii Generale a Asociatiei, putand fi revizuite anual, din motive bine intemeiate, prin decizie a Consiliului Director si aprobate de catre Adunarea Generala.

Prevederi si sanctiuni

Pierderea calitatii de membru al Asociatiei se face in urmatoarele conditii:

  • incetarea existentei Asociatiei;
  • renuntarea la calitatea de membru;
  • incalcarea obligatiilor si indatoririlor prevazute in statut si in regulament;
  • conduita necorespunzatoare, prin care se aduc prejudicii morale si/sau materiale Asociatiei;
  • retragerea acestei calitati de catre Consiliul Director pentru motive intemeiate.

Pierderea calitatii de membru al Asociatiei se hotaraste de catre Consiliul Director si se supune la vot in Adunarea Generala, care ia decizia cu majoritate calificata. Persoana in cauza poate contesta decizia in termen de 15 zile lucratoare de la comunicarea deciziei in fata Adunarii Generale.

Danctiuni ale voluntarilor
Prima abatere de la respectarea indatoririlor se sanctioneaza cu atentionare verbala si justifcarea faptei in fata Consiliului Director


A doua abatere se santioneaza cu atentionare scrisa si cu:

  • plata sau inlocuirea in cazul bunurilor deteriorate;
  • scuze publice daca atenteaza la demnitatea unui membru sau voluntar al Asociatiei;
  • a treia abatere atrage suspendarea.

Consiliul Director poate apela la suspendarea automata in cazul in care numele Asociatiei este denigrat sau au loc scurgeri de informatii.

DIsPOZItII FINALE

Prezentul regulament se aplica numai in interiorul Asociatiei si in cadrul activitatilor acesteia.


Regulamentul trebuie sa fie prezentat tuturor membrilor si voluntarilor Asociatiei si sa fie semnat de acestia.


Propunerile de modificare a regulamentului pot fi intaitate de voluntari catre coordonatorii de departamente si de membrii catre Consiliul Director, urmand a intra pe ordinea de zi pentru discutii in Adunarea Generala.


Prezentul regulament poate fi modificat la decizia Adunarii Generale.


Drepturile asupra numelui Asociatiei si identitatii vizuale precum logo si elemente de grafica, apartin societatii POWERED BY DLOT sRL. in cazul lichidarii Asociatiei, societatea POWERED BY DLOT sRL are dreptul de a le folosi in alte scopuri.

Asociatia Community powered by DLOT isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica regulamentul periodic. Modificarile vor fi vor fi aduse la cunostinta membrilor si voluntarilor, acestia avand obligatia de a semna luarea la cunostinta.
Prezentul documentul va fi modificat in termen de 24 ore de la data aprobarii modificarilor regulamentului.
