An "Incorrect Use of a Privileged API" vulnerability in PrintixService.exe, in Printix's "Printix Secure Cloud Print Management", Version 1.3.1106.0 and below allows a Local Or Remote attacker the ability change all HKEY Windows Registry values as SYSTEM context via the UITasks.PersistentRegistryData parameter.

Connection error

Hello,. I am testing CVE's for my Univestity. I have 2 Windows 10 VMs ( 21H1 Bulid 19043 installed on VMware Workstation and 20H2 Build 19042 installed on Oracle Virtualbox). Scurity Patches aren't installed, Windows Defender and Firewall are turned off. In both cases I used precompiled program. So I tried first feature of program to ping test (however, like everyone else) and got on both machines (tried 127.0.0.1 and 192.168..... from ipconfig):
CompCommClient[192.168.131.129:21338]: Connection error, CC = 10061. Retry = 0
After that I cloned second machine,seted in Host-Only and simulated local network actions. Result was the same.
What could be the problem?
