OSX builds seemed to have failed on master. See conda-forge/pyresample-feedstock#50 for more details on how pyresample needs pykdtree to build.

Side note: Should @mraspaud and maybe me be added as maintainers for pykdtree?

As we need OpenMP here, we should actually use the gcc and libgcc packages on both Linux and Mac. The reason is we need to have a copy of libgomp that we can distribute with the binary.

Pykdtree can be built with openmp support, but this recipe currently disables it for OSX and Windows. It seems like pykdtree builds fine with conda's compilers and intel-openmp installed from the defaults channel. I see conda-forge has an openmp package too. @ocefpaf or @storpipfugl or anyone else, does this sound like bad idea? Is trying to install openmp on all systems possible?
