implement me using local storage

having lead in/out time on each end of the piano roll (similar to how lyrics have lead in/out time) makes it easier to track notes, especially on faster songs.

The MacOS packaged app doesn't mark the main executable +x, so it can't be run until it and all the binaries in Frameworks/ are also set +x. The ffmpeg and yt-dlp binaries suffer similar fates. Unsure what is causing the executable flags to disappear.

A similar issue involves microphone entitlements and the electron binary. Unless the karafriends binary is codesigned, you can't request microphone access via the privacy framework and all attempts to open audio devices will fail silently. The workaround here is to launch karafriends via Terminal or iTerm, which is codesigned, and so the privacy framework will accept the terminal as the responsible process for the microphone access request. However, unsigned binaries need to be Cmd+opened via Finder at least once, which is inconvenient at best.

we ran into a weird issue where there was some 25khz noise on a line that was breaking pitch detection

dunno if this is in the api

basically if I search 群青 I'd expect the exact matches to be first, or at least an option to change the query type.

useful for when loading the kara video breaks due to VPN, etc

On both song search and before the song is queued.
