Wrong Azure DevOps links about auto-changelog HOT 4 CLOSED

@Hwigaro auto-changelog uses GitHub URL patterns by default if a BitBucket or GitLab remote URL is not detected.

Is there a URL pattern for Azure DevOps repos? eg would all Azure repos be *.visualstudio.com or something?

Project URLs have changed with the release of Azure DevOps Services and now have the format dev.azure.com/{your organization}/{your project} but you can still use the existing visualstudio.com format.

Create a target repo using TFS 2017 RTM, and make a note of the clone URL. In this example, https://dev.azure.com/contoso-ltd/MyFirstProject/_git/new-contoso-repo is the URL for the new target repo.
