ros_bubble_rob's Issues

Not actually being called by controlledViaRos

I followed the Coppelia tutorial for ROS, and I don't think this package is actually being used when running the controlledViaRos simulation. I tried modifying the 'rosBubbleRob.cpp' file and building the package again, but the changes have no effect. I also tried removing the package altogether (so that rospack find ros_bubble_rob fails) but the simulation still runs as normal, and the nodes appear on the ROS side.

It all comes down to the sim.launchExecutable call in the simulation child script. I first thought this should be where the appropriate rosnode was called, however, this just calls a file which is found in CoppeliaSim's folder. What am I missing here?
