This is an addon for the popular MMORPG "World of Warcraft".
It can be downloaded at one of the following sites:

Talentless improves the talent window by adding the following features:

• Extra buttons in the talents tab to swap between specializations
• Extra buttons in the talents tab to use and track duration for Codices and Tomes
• Swaps equipment sets when the player changes specializations
  • Right-click the spec swap buttons to change the associated equipment set
  • Icon for the associated equipment set is displayed next to the spec swap button
• Keybindings for each individual specialization
  • Found in the standard keybindings window under the category "AddOns"
