Hey, the specs for nav-acrylic file seems to be off, it is showing me as 296.3mm x 180.6mm.
I just realized it might be an issue with Ponoko's website. Could i get the dimensions specs for the basic acrylic guards is it supposed to be 348.6mm (width) for acrylic guard and kit plate and 61mm for nav?
And is the plate file missing the "~" key? or it's just not showing on Ponoko
Hey is it possible to add Bluetooth connectivity to this keyboard?
I am an electrical engineering student I am trying to build this bord. I have the means necessary to print the PCB, but I am looking through the "included components," and I am confused about a couple of things.
Is the Atmega32A is this the Atmega32A-PN or Atmega32A-PU?
Could you also provide more information about the six-pin header?
Also, with the 500mA resettable fuse (5.1mm), what does the 5.1mm stand for?
Then with the 34x m2 mm screw, what part is this exactly?
If you could help me out, that would be great! If you could provide part numbers, that would be amazing.
Reproduction Steps
Expected
File is uploaded and processed successfully and a preview is generated. The PCB details are automatically filled in with dimensions and thickness.
Actual
File uploads complete, but a preview is never generated and the form is not populated.
I've tried re-zipping all the Gerber files myself and uploading that and am still encountering the same.
Could this be an issue with JLCPCB's parser, or could something be done with the Gerber files?
Just looking for some info. I assume if I encounter such an error in windows I have bridging between the USB header pins?
If so, have I just fried the board? I've tried to clean up the pins but I'm a new to soldering so I'm not sure if the job is good enough at this point.
Now when I plug the keyboard in I get the "device connected" sound followed by the "device disconnected" sounds.
Just wondering if I'll need a new PCB or if there's potentially another issue at play.
I haven't seen any updates to the mysterium hex on the VIA website, and I saw your note about the media keys in your comment linked below.
As of now is there any way to enable those media keys in VIA without having to have you compile a specific layout? Or should I just keep an eye out on the VIA website?
Thanks!
I had my high profile case created at Ponoko and it seems dead on. Everything fits great. The one exception is that the hole for the USB-C cable is very small. I've had to trim my cables surrounding connector to barely make it fit. It seems that another 1-2mm of clearance in either direction would improve the ease of use.
yesterday just flashed my mysterium, and working well, today, i plugged the keyboard and the windows keep connect and disconnected sound, and there is a notification "your device is malfunction" and "USB device not recognised" any suggestion on what happened?
Hello,
I recently build a mysterium and when i try to flash ISO layout on it the whole 3rd row goes one to the right. So the ISO enter is on the DEL, the DEL is on END, the END moves to PG DN etc.
I quickfixed it by just moving that row 1 to the left and it seems to work fine, so at least i can use it with ISO.
I wrote a mail with no reply and also opened an Issue on the QMK github.
Hope you can help, thx.
Hi!
I have planed to order a pcb of mysterium keyboard at jlcpcb, but the included zip in this repo isn't recognized / theres no gerber preview. At the discipline, all of this works great! I tried to make my own gerbers with kicad with the required settings specified by jlcpcb but nothing changed. Is this a bug in the pcb file or in the system of jlc?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Note: I've not uploaded the files before July, as stated on their website, but today
i find gpio 32 not be used,i want to use this gpio with caps light. But i don't know how to set up in qmk, please help me ,think you very very much
I already flashed bootloader to it but the computer can't detect the keyboard.
Hey @coseyfannitutti, I recently built a Mysterium (No iso) but the right side column isn't working. I tested for continuity based on the schematics and it appears there IS continuity but wanted to get your expert opinion. The rest of the kb works fine.
Thank you in advance. I bet you get a ton of these.
I couldn't find the file and thickness instructions for the foam that i've seen in the kit unboxing video. Can you add that to the repo? Also is this foam compatible with high profile case? Thank you.
Currently unable to compile default layout on config.qmk.

When will the ISO layout be available?
When using a USB switcher to switch between devices, I observe a lag and sometimes a complete lack of connectivity. This is resolved by plugging and unplugging the USB cables. Switching always requires a replug of the cables if it is the first time a device is being switched to after booting/awaking the computer being switched to.
I observe this problem using a Discipad as well. I have tried swapping cables, but the issue does not go away.
There is also a marked "lag" detecting the device. Is there a reason for this?
I notice this issue on MacOS, but I can test with Raspbian if required. I have tried troubleshooting with dmesg to see if there are any errors, but I see none. It just looks like there is a delay before the device is recognised. If you have any tips on how to get the device to be recognised more reliably or to reduce the time to detection then that would be much appreciated.
Wondering if it was possible to directly replace the Atmega with a proton C module?
Thanks for open sourcing the design files, I'm a big fan of the board.
Was curious if the files for the switch plate were in the repository some where as I can't seem to find them.
Where can I find a pick and place file for this keyboard?
https://github.com/coseyfannitutti/mysterium/blob/master/case/README.md#L25-L26
Calls for standoffs:
14mm for the case
8mm for the feet
Stacking the case layers, it totals 20mm
Stacking the feet layers, it totals 12mm
Was there a reason why shorter standoffs were prescribed?
Is it possible to add LEDs or any type of lighting to the board?
The esc key is mapped to GRAVE_ESCAPE (KC_GESC). Probably better to use KC_ESC right? This allows the use of ctrl shift esc to get task manager on windows.
I built a mysterium with the high profile case for a friend and he is having issues with keys being "stuck" down (not physically) when the keyboard is plugged into a Lenovo ThinkPad dock. Keys would repeat forever if held down then released, and stop when hit repeatedly again. This issue does not present itself when connected directly to any computers including the laptop WHILE it is in the dock. Is there any way to fix this assuming the dock is not faulty? I looked into other issues and it might be a QMK firmware issue, but any insight would be very helpful.
The link to the build guide in doc/README.md is broken: https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5c533d33348cd92b886e544d/t/5e5fc8299979957341bf18a8/1583335468613/MYSTERIUM+BUILD+GUIDE.pdf
Could you please update it? Thanks!
Hey there,
I can't seem to find a working link for the Mysterium V2 build guide since you stopped hosting your website - would you be able to reupload a copy of the pdf here by any chance?
All keys are working besides the capslock and shift rows.
For example. When I use the tweezer to trigger the "A" key, "Z" will also trigger and vice versa.
Same things happens for Caps/Shift, S/X, D/C, F/V, G/B, H/N, J/M, K/. , L/.
Any ideas? Already re-seated the black chip, reviewed my solders.
I have built the disipline and discipad before. Both finished to completion and working. So I have a solid idea that what I have done so far on this build is correct.
Thank you.
I'm making my own mysterium and I bought my own chip
