Add the possibility to active and launch/re-launch an incident.

Currently the incident is directly launched after creation. This should be removed and put into the incident node.

• Add a button to launch the incident
• Add a button to delete the incident
• Visualize the status of that incident

Enable the possibility to configure an incident:

• Number of simulation runs (int)
• Configure the area of interest by setting the bounding box (lat,lng as float)
• Set mosquito species (string)
• Set disease of interest (string)

Enable the possibility to upload an input texture for an incident
