Make building the images easier where it makes sense.

For example in the DuckDNS image: Always use the latest alpine image and fetch the version for tagging from the sh file.

DHCPD should drop the version specifier param.

Consider providing a sh file for building images on Linux. It also might be better to provide a single build.ps1 file in the repo root instead of in each image folder.

Overhaul the DuckDNS image to support _FILE env vars.
Additionally consider using the DOMAIN1 method for domains to make it easy to manage.

Remove the requirement to need the DETECTIP env var. It should do this by default unless the IP env var is provided to override.

Investigate shifting library.sh to the repo root and reference in multiple images where it makes sense (if feasible).

Create health checks for images.
