Show the error

It's good to be told about the failing specs, but I can't see why they are failing, add some way of seeing this.

Freezing

Occasionally the package seems to no longer be responsive.

Debug this by adding in a change to the status bar text to say 'Running' when we know guard is actually running specs.

Allow the ability to set the command in settings

I run guard through bundler. So being able to change the command from guard to bundle exec guard would be awesome!

If this is something you would like to have in this plugin I have another PR ready
