adding this to the gemfile

gem 'coffee-script-source', '1.8.0'

then running

bundle update coffee-script-source

and restarting rails server fixed this issue. This issue was not seen on the linux developing environment only on the windows 10 rails install.

-------- Issue Resolved

Image Data

A issue with the shopping cart back-end is storing the data for the images of all items currently in inventory. I could use a creative method to source the images needed for the store-front.
