Swift Package Manager

The Swift Package Manager is a dependency manager integrated into the swift compiler and Xcode.

To integrate LaunchDarklySwiftUI into an Xcode project, go to the project editor, and select Swift Packages. From here hit the + button and follow the prompts using https://github.com/ericlewis/LaunchDarklySwiftUI.git as the URL.

To include LaunchDarklySwiftUI in a Swift package, simply add it to the dependencies section of your Package.swift file. And add the product "LaunchDarklySwiftUI" as a dependency for your targets.

dependencies: [
    .package(url: "https://github.com/ericlewis/LaunchDarklySwiftUI.git", .upToNextMinor(from: "1.0.1"))
]

Example

Below is an entire SwiftUI application utilizing LaunchDarklySwiftUI.

import SwiftUI
import LaunchDarklySwiftUI
import LaunchDarkly

struct Flags {
    static let test = "test"
}

struct ContentView: View {
    @Environment(\.launchDarklyClient) var client
    @ObservedVariation(Flags.test, defaultValue: false) var flag

    private func trackView() {
        try? client.track(key: "Viewed")
    }

    var body: some View {
        Text(flag == true ? "true" : "false")
            .onAppear(perform: trackView)
    }
}

@main
struct LaunchlyApp: App {
    init() {
        LDClient.start(config: LDConfig(mobileKey: "#YOUR_MOBILE_KEY#"))
    }

    var body: some Scene {
        WindowGroup {
            ContentView()
        }
    }
}

Project Structure
