A terminal based "operating system"

• You must have the bcrypt module installed, to install it do pip install bcrypt in your console
• This version of PanesOS was built on Python 3.X. Get that to run this, or go through all those input()'s
• The clear command only works on windows, simple fix, go to gvars.py and change clear_command to clear if you're on *nix

• There is a default administrator on there already, username and password are admin

• Added the ability to change password, and delete accounts
• Bug fixes, improvements
