socialmediaauthenticationsample's Issues

ActiveToken not recognised

I'm getting the wobbly line under googleClient.ActiveToken in my VM (IGoogleClientManager googleClient = CrossGoogleClient.Current;). Has something changed in the nuget package? I'm using v2.1.12, VS2019 and more or less the same VM used in the example

ViewController doesn’t disappear after logging in (Instagram)

Hi @rdelrosario ,
Thank you for sharing this beautiful piece of art .

There is one issue though , after logging it with Instagram even though it’s set to dismiss the viewcontroller but it doesn’t disappear after logging in . The only option is to cancel which does reverse of what we need here.

Any reason why ?

Login on Facebook with another account does not work

You can login on Facebook with an account and then Logout.

But if you want to Login again with another account, you only have 2 options:

  • Login with the old account
  • Cancel
(Cancel redircts to the homepage and cancels the login)

So there is no way to login with another account.
Apparently, it's an issue with the cookies/cache from m.facebook.com website, so if you clear the cookies and cache in Chrome, it will work, but it is not a solution.

I saw on other forums, that the login must include "FORCE_DIALOG_AUTH" parameter.
Thanks for your help

Google authentication

Hi,

I see facebook and Instagram but no google authentication.

so is there any way?
btw, this plugin uses any UIWebview in iOS? if so we have a deprecated warning from apple app store and can't accept the binary later on.

Thanks
