Partly a reminder for me to do it later, partly hoping that someone else will first. 😄

There are two new warnings issued:

1. Double.Swift, line 27
2. ObserverSet.Swift, line 127

I tried this out in a playground and it seems to work well enough. This task is basically a reminder for me to add it and write some tests.

func +(lhs: String?, rhs: String?) -> String? {
    guard let lhs = lhs else { return rhs }
    guard let rhs = rhs else { return lhs }
    return lhs + rhs
}

iOS 10 should be coming out in the next few weeks and Swift 3 with it. This module should have some updates in it to reflect the changes that will happen in Swift 3

results should probably be
