No errors found when using pip install.

I already have downloaded settings.json why filenot found ?

When Taking a short position the bot will always sell at a positive % over your short causing a % loss. Rather then closing below the Short.

Then I go to that line and change from settings = json.load(fp) to "settings = json.load(fp)" or 'settings = json.load(fp)'
