Need to bring the logic for the database connections and calls -- stored procedure calls and the connection close -- into the IF block so that it is not called when the usedatabaseflag is set to 0. Also, pyodbc should not be imported if the database is not being used.

My crawler is giving this output

yet no errors and I cant find any files in C:\Data\Python\FEC\Import, C:\Data\Python\FEC\Preview and C:\Data\Python\FEC\Processed directories.

Am I missing something here?
