The index page should be the start page for those who are navigating to the docs.

It should link to the existing coding standards (c# at this point).

A version number should be included within the standards.

This should be displayed subtly on every page of the compiled website.

This is the page which appears at CSharp/ValueTypes.md.

There is some information about naming single responsibility interfaces, but nothing about naming the concrete service implementations which derive from those interfaces.

This should be added, and the two sections should link to one another.

Creating 'impure' methods like this usually be a last resort ...

There is a missing word "this should usually".

The best way to publish these coding standards would be to make them a normal, static website, via GitHub pages. I can still leverage markdown in doing so though by using the Jekyll page building engine.

This ticket is to create a very basic build configuration which results in a usable static website. The links between pages which currently are written in markdown must still function once the site is converted to HTML.

Not included in the scope of this ticket

• There is no need to create any theme
• No need to create any kind of 'home page'
• No need to create any kind of layout page

This is the page at CSharp/TheApplicationDomain.md.

It does not refer to a C# AppDomain but rather a domain driven design "domain".
